Stafford & District Caledonian Society will hold a database of names, membership details and contact details to be used solely for the purposes of running the Stafford & District Caledonian Society and communicating with people about the society and its events.
1) The societies database of personal data will contain names and membership details of current and past members and other people associated with the society.
2) Contact details will be included in the database only where the person has given consent in writing or by email. If someone withdraws their consent, the contact details will be deleted.
